The estate features four interconnected buildings, each reflecting a different era. The original mansion now serves as an executive office suite, while the 1920s building hosts commercial offices and function rooms. The 1980s building offers flexible corporate workspaces, and a premium industrial-grade kitchen connects all spaces.

 

Equipped with modern comforts, Wavertree includes gigabit Ethernet, multi-gigabit fibre Internet, a 100kW solar array, and a 200kWh battery storage system, making it an energy-efficient property poised for the future.
